1)First of all Open the Whatsapp App on your Android Smartphone then press the menu key and then tap on Settings as you can see in the Image below.
2)Now tap on Chat Settings.
3)Now you will see a option called Backup Conversations just tap on it.As you can see in the Image below it is backing up your Whatsapp messages.
4)That’s it now you Whatsapp messages have been backed up.
How to Restore From Backup on Same Device :-
1)If you deleted Whatsapp from your device then ? Don’t worry as we had taken backup earlier now just go to Playstore and search for Whatsapp and then just Download it.
2)Open Whatsapp now the Welcome screen will come just click on Agree and Continue.
3)Enter the mobile number and complete the verification process.Then the Screen will popup asking you that do you wanna Restore your Whatsapp messages just tap on Restore.As you can see in the Image below it is Restoring your Messages.That’s it the messages have been sucessfully Restored.
How to Transfer Whatsapp Backup to Pc :-
1)Connect your Android Smartphone to your Pc and then open your Internal Storage and you will find a folder called Whatsapp (If you cannot find the Whatsapp folder in Internal Storage then you will find it in your External Sd card) it will be the original folder which is created byWhatsapp where it stores your all information and files like Video,Profile Picture,Backup etc… Just Copy and Paste that Folder to a safe place on your Pc.That’s it !
How to Transfer Whatsapp Backup from Pc to another Android Phone:-
1)As I told you up that place the Whatsapp folder in a safe place now what you have to do is just go to Play Store and Install Whatsapp on your another android smartphone if you don’t have Whatsapp then and if you have it then just go to your Android phone’s internal storage there you will find your Whatsapp folder if not then go to your external storage there you will definately find it most probably it is always in internal storage only
2)Just connect your Android phone to your Pc and just copy the Whatsapp folder from your Pc (which was saved earlier) to the phone’s internal storage or external where you find theWhatsapp folder and then just delete the current folder which is on your phone’s internal or external storage and paste the folder which you copied from your Pc earlier.That’s it now yourWhatsapp Messages,Images,Video’s etc… will come to your another Android phone.
