How to Attach Photos and Videos to Emails on an iPhone or iPad

Rather than copy and paste pictures or videos into an email or share them from within your Camera Roll, speed things up with the insert feature in Mail on your iPhone or iPad.

   Tap the Mail icon on your device’s Home screen to launch the Mail app.

   Tap the New Email button (the square with a pencil in it) which appears at the top of the interface on an iPad or at the bottom right on an iPhone.

   Fill out the To: and Subject fields and tap once on the message window. From the menu that appears, tap on Insert Photo or Video.

   The Photos app now appears. Tap on an image or video you want to add to your email.

   On the Preview screen that appears, tap the Choose button.

   Your photo or video is now added to your email and you can continue to add images and videos in the same way.
